They supervise, plan, develop, monitor and maintain appropriate standards of care.  They have responsibility for all residents 24/7. Nursing home administrators also supervise staff and moniter resident/patient care.

A nursing home administrator requires a Bachelor's degree in health care administration.

Reflection

No i would not like to be a Nursing home administrator because i like jobs were i get to do things more exciting. I wouldnt mind helping people but i would rather a job that is more intresting.
