      What this quote means is the kindness is what leads you to greatness. If your kind you will be lead to kindness. People who aren't kind are people who don't care what they become people that only care about themselves. These people aren't greatness. However people that help are, they take time to help others instead of doing what they want to do at the moment. An example of kindness would be helping an elder lady cross  the street or giving a glass of water to a construction worker. They will gladly appreciate your act of kindness. Being kind is the best thing you can do for others. You can help someone carry something that may be to heavy for them. You should always be kind to others because they may have a disadvantage and may need your help. Helping them will not only make u feel better it will also show a good example of you to others. Just because your not like the others or because nobody else helps  doesn't mean you can't help.

Thanksgiving

                                Thanksgiving vacation

                 During my Thanksgiving break I went over to a friend/family's house in Fontana. This is were we had thanksgiving. At around 6:30-7:00 some of us at the house went to black Friday. It wasn't full of people when we got there. This was a good thing as it was my first time going. Most of the days I was playing battlefield or going outside to play football. I went to the theaters and saw the movie Maze Runner. My brother was falling asleep but I actually liked it. Yesterday I saw the football game, however I was unable to finish seeing it. I was assigned homework over the weekend. I had to read a book about the live of Elizer  (main character) while at a concentration camp. The book was quite depressing know all the things that happened to the Jews at the camp. I also had to create a infected disease booklet and give examples of diseases and other things. What I liked the most about this vacation is that wherever I went I always saw a Subaru. This may seem like nothing but for me it is as it is my favorite car.

 If someone tells you something that isn't rue or isn't right you shouldn't do it nor say it. This is because it can get you in a lot of trouble with other people. You should always do what is right and what is true not what is wrong. You wont get in trouble for choosing the right, In fact you will feel glad you chose the right.An example of this can be if your friend tells u that a kid was talking bad him and that he should help him beat him up. If you choose to believe him and do the wrong than you will get in trouble because he was lying and now there is a kid on the ground bleeding from his face because you beat him up. Now if you would have chosen the right and have said no then you wouldn't have been in trouble and you would have been glad that you didn't hurt him.Doing what is right can always get you good thing in life. On the other hand doing what is wrong can always get you bad things in life. Your choices can be the difference in your future so choose right.

Thanksgiving

Thank giving is a holiday were families are gathered together around the table to enjoy a meal together as a family. Most people thinks football, family reunions, roasted turkey, pumpkin pie and of course the pilgrims. The first thanksgiving was on held in the autumn of 1621 by both the pilgrims and Wampanoag. Thanksgiving is always celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. In this holiday family and friends gather around the table to eat turkey but always say thanks before eating. Many traditions are celebrated on Thanksgiving like traveling, breaking the wishbone, the turkey pardon, helping others, and watching T.V. The pilgrims gave thanks to god after every year when their labors were rewarded with bountiful harvest.

                                               Things I am thankful for

Right,fair and honorable

          This is very true, winning or losing doesn't matter if you play fair or if you play right. You don't always have to win to have fun. What really matters is that you play the the rules. That you play right, fair and honorable.one example of this can be helping an elderly person carry her bags to her car. By doing so you did what was right and honorable. Even if you helped someone you shouldn't expect a trophy or something in return because what matters is that you helped. Another example can be playing football or any other sport. We all like to win but it doesn't count if you cheat during the game to win. for example if you were in the playoffs and your team was winning , but you decide to cheat to get a higher score. then you won't feel the same about winning because you know you cheated. You have to be able to do it by playing fair. Even if you loose you will have fun while playing because your all playing fair.

What this quote means is that to live with integrity you must do all three parts. you should always say no to whatever it is if it is wrong. Even if your friends are doing it. Another thing that you should always do is tell the truth. telling the truth will not get you in trouble. In fact if you did something wrong and you tell the truth you wont get as much in trouble as you would have gotten if you lied. For example if you cheated on a test and the teacher asks you if you did, you have two choices tell the truth or lie. If you tell the truth the teacher may let you retake it however if you lie the teacher will find out and he wont let you retake it and fail you.Doing the right thing because it's right is another very important part. Just because your friends are doing something wrong doesn't mean you have to do it too.Stand up for your self and choose the right, just walk away.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

When a member of a military branch is in need of medical assistance ASAP, Air force Pararescuemen is the ones you want there. Only 12 out of 22 air force cross recipients are PJ's (Pararescuemen). They help any wounded soldier on enemy grounds and take them back to base for recovery. Pararescuemen will parachute, scuba dive, rock climb or even snowmobile into hostile territory to get a wounded soldier. These brave man risk their live and go by the motto “that others may live”.

Yes I would love to be a Pararescuemen because there is a lot of thrill. Even though my life is on the line I would love to help wounded soldier in the battle field

Veterans day

VETERANS DAY

Veterans Day is a holiday celebrated every year on November 11 the day World War l ended. It is held to honor US veterans and victims of the war. Veterans Day isn’t only to remember those who have died but to the one that continue to serve. It is important to show honor on Veterans Day because they go out into war for all of us and fight the war that we don’t dare fight. Veterans risked their life every single day protecting and defending the homes we live in.  They risk their lives for us because we don’t go out there. They fight so that you don’t have to do it. While you are at home sleeping in your warm bed they are out there in the war zone trying to fall asleep scared that they be ambushed, but they do it anyways to protect us. Many people show honor to these brave men. Some ways to that are to attend Veterans Day events in your area. You can donate too many military organization or writing a letter to a soldier. Or maybe say something as simple as “thank you for your service” the will gladly appreciate it.  

I feel that veterans day is a very important day. This is because there is so many veterans in the United States and they deserve to be honored. I think Veterans should be honored by every one and not just on veterans day or memorial day. After all they sacrifice their life every day for us.

What this quote is saying is that if you hang with the wrong people you will turn out just like them. You will turn into a fool and a bad person. However if you hang with good people you are most likely to succeed. You are not going to be a fool and you wont go to jail. For example if you hang out with kids that do drugs a drink they will encourage you to do it. Doing this will only cause you harm and wont get you any were in life.After a while you may try and stop but it will be to late for that since you already ruined your future. Another example is if you hang out with wise people they are most likely to influence you into doing the right  things. They may help you understand you don't understand yet. Following this people will show you that it was a good choice. It may even get you a better future,but that depends on you. Following the right people can get you away from going to jail or doing drugs. It can get you way from living on the streets and having to ask more money .

This quote means that if you are good you will be able to recreate yourself. For example if you were a bad person in the past you can change that. All you have to do is be good. Do things that will show that you care and that will also show that you are a good person. You can donate to the poor,maybe help an elderly woman cross the road.By doing all of this you can be seen as a person that cares, someone who is willing to help. Another example is if you find something like a wallet and you know who it came from, return it. You don't know if he had something important in there other than money. He might have needed it for medication for hi son. Don't expect anything in return. Being a good person is always right and you should always do it. you should always choose the right thing to do.

William Penn means that even if every one is doing something that they shouldn't be doing it doesn't mean that you should do it because it is still wrong no matter how many people are doing it. Also you should always do the right thing even if every one wants to do the wrong thing. you should stand up for what is right not what is wrong. One example of this is if you are at a party and every one is smoking and drinking you shouldn't  do it even if every one else is doing it. you should stand up for yourself and even get friends to stand with you and not smoke nor drink. Or maybe even leave the party. Even if it makes you a pariah. You shouldn't be ashamed of choosing the right decision over the wrong. After all you wont be the one getting in trouble or going to jail. Another example is if your friends invite you somewhere but they start causing trouble and wreckage you should choose the right and leave. You should also try and stop them and tell them they shouldn't do that.

Health educators teach health behaviors. They help improve and develop strategies to improve health. They may collect data and discuss health concerns.  Health educators develop programs to teach people about health as well events. They can teach how to cope with existing health conditions one may have. They also provide training for other health professionals.
