Duties and responsibilities

The dental assistant is almost as important as the dentist. They are needed to sit patients in the treatment area .The assistant sterilizes and prepare the tools before the operation. They also serve as office managers greeting patients. They can also help in the office doing jobs such as appointments, record keeping and billing.
