What this quote means is that to live with integrity you must do all three parts. you should always say no to whatever it is if it is wrong. Even if your friends are doing it. Another thing that you should always do is tell the truth. telling the truth will not get you in trouble. In fact if you did something wrong and you tell the truth you wont get as much in trouble as you would have gotten if you lied. For example if you cheated on a test and the teacher asks you if you did, you have two choices tell the truth or lie. If you tell the truth the teacher may let you retake it however if you lie the teacher will find out and he wont let you retake it and fail you.Doing the right thing because it's right is another very important part. Just because your friends are doing something wrong doesn't mean you have to do it too.Stand up for your self and choose the right, just walk away.

PJ's

 PARA-RESCUE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

When a member of a military branch is in need of medical assistance ASAP, Air force Pararescuemen is the ones you want there. Only 12 out of 22 air force cross recipients are PJ's (Pararescuemen). They help any wounded soldier on enemy grounds and take them back to base for recovery. Pararescuemen will parachute, scuba dive, rock climb or even snowmobile into hostile territory to get a wounded soldier. These brave man risk their live and go by the motto “that others may live”.

Yes I would love to be a Pararescuemen because there is a lot of thrill. Even though my life is on the line I would love to help wounded soldier in the battle field

Veterans day

VETERANS DAY

Veterans Day is a holiday celebrated every year on November 11 the day World War l ended. It is held to honor US veterans and victims of the war. Veterans Day isn’t only to remember those who have died but to the one that continue to serve. It is important to show honor on Veterans Day because they go out into war for all of us and fight the war that we don’t dare fight. Veterans risked their life every single day protecting and defending the homes we live in.  They risk their lives for us because we don’t go out there. They fight so that you don’t have to do it. While you are at home sleeping in your warm bed they are out there in the war zone trying to fall asleep scared that they be ambushed, but they do it anyways to protect us. Many people show honor to these brave men. Some ways to that are to attend Veterans Day events in your area. You can donate too many military organization or writing a letter to a soldier. Or maybe say something as simple as “thank you for your service” the will gladly appreciate it.  

I feel that veterans day is a very important day. This is because there is so many veterans in the United States and they deserve to be honored. I think Veterans should be honored by every one and not just on veterans day or memorial day. After all they sacrifice their life every day for us.

What this quote is saying is that if you hang with the wrong people you will turn out just like them. You will turn into a fool and a bad person. However if you hang with good people you are most likely to succeed. You are not going to be a fool and you wont go to jail. For example if you hang out with kids that do drugs a drink they will encourage you to do it. Doing this will only cause you harm and wont get you any were in life.After a while you may try and stop but it will be to late for that since you already ruined your future. Another example is if you hang out with wise people they are most likely to influence you into doing the right  things. They may help you understand you don't understand yet. Following this people will show you that it was a good choice. It may even get you a better future,but that depends on you. Following the right people can get you away from going to jail or doing drugs. It can get you way from living on the streets and having to ask more money .

This quote means that if you are good you will be able to recreate yourself. For example if you were a bad person in the past you can change that. All you have to do is be good. Do things that will show that you care and that will also show that you are a good person. You can donate to the poor,maybe help an elderly woman cross the road.By doing all of this you can be seen as a person that cares, someone who is willing to help. Another example is if you find something like a wallet and you know who it came from, return it. You don't know if he had something important in there other than money. He might have needed it for medication for hi son. Don't expect anything in return. Being a good person is always right and you should always do it. you should always choose the right thing to do.

William Penn means that even if every one is doing something that they shouldn't be doing it doesn't mean that you should do it because it is still wrong no matter how many people are doing it. Also you should always do the right thing even if every one wants to do the wrong thing. you should stand up for what is right not what is wrong. One example of this is if you are at a party and every one is smoking and drinking you shouldn't  do it even if every one else is doing it. you should stand up for yourself and even get friends to stand with you and not smoke nor drink. Or maybe even leave the party. Even if it makes you a pariah. You shouldn't be ashamed of choosing the right decision over the wrong. After all you wont be the one getting in trouble or going to jail. Another example is if your friends invite you somewhere but they start causing trouble and wreckage you should choose the right and leave. You should also try and stop them and tell them they shouldn't do that.

Health educators teach health behaviors. They help improve and develop strategies to improve health. They may collect data and discuss health concerns.  Health educators develop programs to teach people about health as well events. They can teach how to cope with existing health conditions one may have. They also provide training for other health professionals.
