What this quote means to me is that its good when someone steps up and does the right thing. Its bad when they don't. People like when others do what is right. Not what is wrong, because then they dont trust you anymore.  Sometimes , well everything you do something good you feel good inside. You know you did something good so you feel good.  For example, you see an old lady trying to cross the street. She is scared because she can get hit by a car. Therefore you walk up to her and help her cross.
Right then you did something good at the rignt time.
