Yoga therapist plan workouts, teach interactive yoga to clients and keep them healthy. They must also keep them flexible and safe. They must make sure all the poses made are made right to prevent any further injury. For this to be able to happen they must carefully instruct them how to do it and pay very close attention. For yoga a mat is always needed therefore if a client does not bring their own they must provide them with a sanitized yoga mat. Yoga therapist have to recognize the abilities of client, this is because it can get to a certain level were they will stress instead of relax.
